Cleaveland House Poets are based in the 1740 Cleaveland House in West Tisbury on the Island of Martha's Vineyard. Founded in 1963 by Dionis Coffin Riggs in her family home. It is considered the oldest continuous poetry group in the northeast and possibly further.
