In honor of Climate Week, join us for a cooking class celebrating eating sustainably on the island through the seasons. Learn new techniques, take home recipes, and enjoy a shared lunch! Our chef/instructor will be Catherine Walthers, food editor at Bluedot Living Magazine and cookbook author with four books on healthy eating. Space is limited; reserve your spot early.
